2023 - 2024 REGISTRATION
All Students will be registering online for this year. Please look at the two options below to select which one fits your child.
My Child is returning from last year
For this option, you must have your Teacherease account and password setup. If you have not setup this as of now or forgot your password, please contact the school office (708) 453-6813 for needed assistance.My Child is new this year
This option will allow you to use your email address to create an account and then follow the prompts to enroll your child.Required Documents for Proof of Residency
In either case, Proof of Residency will be required of all students. This can eaisly be completed with ones phone by using the scan or picture app and then emailing the required documents to the address listed below.The following will be used as Proof of Residency. All families are required to provide a Driver's license/State ID. In addition, all new students are required to have a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Then, two (2) from Category A and one (1) from Category B are also required.
