Second Grade Faces

Project Three: Six Head Portrait
Our second grade students celebrate their diversity in the creation of their six head portraits. Students observe the variety of skin tones, face shapes, features, hair textures, hair colors and styles of their classmates. The children create detailed portraits of at least six classmates within one composition. They also become aware of emotional expression
and how they might communicate emotion in their works.
