Project Six: Monochromatic Mosaics
Our Fifth grade students combined radial design, monochromatic color, and mosaic technique in this project. Students experimented by adding various amounts of black or white to their favorite color. They created swatches by painting many variations of the chosen color. Students designed radial compositions for their mosaics.
